AI is everywhere right now, but that doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone.
Before jumping on the hype, it’s worth asking a few key questions:
What problem are you trying to solve?
AI works best when applied to clear, well-defined challenges, not as a “nice-to-have” add-on.
Do you have the right data?
No (or poor-quality) data = no real AI value. Your data foundation matters more than the algorithm.
Is the process repeatable?
AI thrives on patterns. If your workflows are inconsistent or highly manual, start there first.
What’s the expected ROI?
Will AI save time, reduce costs, or improve decision-making enough to justify the investment?
Are you ready to adopt it?
Technology is only part of the equation, people, processes and change management matter just as much.
AI is powerful, but only when it’s purposeful.
Start small, focus on real business value and scale from there.
