5 day Program and topics

Block 0   Pre-course, inspirational material and some simple exercises will be sent out to the participants.

Block 1   Prerequisites for successful innovation

Block 2   Insighting – Learn to know your customer and about the future:

Focus on the right area of innovation – Don´t do it all:

Block 3   Develop great ideas and take care of them

Block 4   Develop prototype and test ideas in realistic environment

Block 5   Realize and accelerate

The training requires approximately 40 hours of off-line “homework” including coaching between block 2/3 and 4/5.
